谷歌/gmail账号2024年解封攻略

这两天一批gmail账号被封了，我分析了一下，应该是在指纹上频繁登录太多次了(为了确认信息一天四五次)，用的还是动态IP，每次登录都会切换一下IP，所以被封也是难免的。

除了以上说的IP频繁切换问题，gmail被封，还有几个原因：

1. 注册的环境被检测出来了，特别是网上购买的账号，都是机器注册的，存在一些固定的机器特征。

2. 违规使用，比如发垃圾邮件，入侵、欺诈、盗号等。

3. 频繁登录一个设备，或是一个设备里频繁切换账号，被检测出来是群控。

除了第二条理由外，其他均有可能解封。

谷歌也提供了申诉通道，所谓的解封攻略，其实就是申诉的理由怎么写。

点击尝试恢复，会进入申诉的界面。

分三步走：

第一步，确认申诉;

第二步，申诉理由;

申诉理由特别要注意，不要用网上所谓的模板，基本上都不会通过，因为被用烂了，比如以下模板：

Dear GV Team,

I am writing to request the restoration of my GV account. I recently traveled to China to experience a different culture and way of life. Unfortunately, due to the strict firewall in China, I was unable to access GV without the use of a VPN.

I understand that the use of a VPN violates GV’s terms of service, but I had no other option if I wanted to stay in touch with my friends and family back home. I assure you that I did not use GV for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

I apologize for any inconvenience my use of a VPN may have caused, and I am willing to comply with GV’s policies going forward. I hope you can understand my situation and restore my account so that I can continue to use GV to stay connected with my loved ones.

Thank you for your consideration.

但是申诉的理由是可以用的，大意就是我是中国区的用户，我正在使用科学上网工具访问，导致会频繁地切换IP，这并非我的本意，我使用gmail完全出于个人用途，不存在任何违规使用的情况，希望能够得到解封。

这是大意，当然为了审核人员考虑，我会在后面附上英文描述，或者是干脆用英文来写，怎么写也很简单，用AI(而不是翻译)，大家在做国外项目的时候，一定要结合AI运用。

比如这样的一个指令：

用英文向Google账号审核团队写一个申诉说明，表达以下意思：我是中国区的用户，我正在使用科学上网工具访问，导致会频繁地切换IP，这并非我的本意，我使用gmail完全出于个人用途，不存在任何违规使用的情况，希望能够得到解封。

然后我们得到的结果是：

Dear Google Account Review Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to appeal the suspension of my Google account due to frequent IP changes. As a user located in **(地区，敏感), I am compelled to use circumvention tools to access Google services, including my Gmail account. This results in an unavoidable shifting of IP addresses, which is not indicative of any form of misuse on my part.

I Wish to assure you that I strictly utilize Gmail for personal purposes and have always adhered to the given guidelines and terms of services. There has been no instance of misuse or illegal activity associated with my account.

The sudden suspension of my Gmail account has caused significant inconvenience and I am deeply concerned as I rely heavily on Google services for my personal correspondence.

With all due respect, I kindly request the review of my account suspension. I hope you understand that the frequent IP changes are a mere result of me being a user from a region where circumvention tools are necessary to access Gmail. This situation is beyond my control and should not reflect the proper use of my account.

第三步：

提交一个你的常用邮箱，接收申诉结果通知即可。

一般2个工作日就还会有结果，如果第一次申诉失败了，那再想申诉成功的可能性就不大了，所以第一次申诉一定要认真，如果长时间没有收到邮件回复，那基本也是申诉失败了，可以再提交试试。
